Product Description
This brand new 110 x 130 cm modular cabin is built around a strong steel frame with double-skin steel sandwich panels. The 40 mm polyurethane (PUR) core provides insulation, with 0.4 mm inner and outer steel facings finished in RAL 9002. The 95 mm formed galvanised steel corner profiles are 2–3 mm thick and finished in RAL 7039 anthracite.
The 101 mm high base has a formed steel-profile chassis made from 3 mm material, with 40 mm PUR-filled sandwich panels, a 15 mm OSB-3 board and 2 mm PVC floor covering. Internal dimensions are approximately 100 x 120 x 230 cm (W x L x H). The cabin weighs approximately 235 kg and is supplied fully assembled.
Ready to use, it includes internal LED lighting, a double plug socket, fuse box, external 16A site socket and a 2500W convector heater suitable for wall-mounted or portable use. It also has two 67 x 84 cm vertical sliding windows, a 70 x 200 cm outward-opening lockable PVC door, an internal reception desk and durable 2 mm PVC flooring.
